Farm Tour for Biotech
Michael Lewis runs a mixed farm in Northumberland; he is interested in contacts with the biotech industry, and is exploring industrial uses for Jerusalem Artichokes. If there is sufficient demand, he is planning to run 1 or 2 farm tours during the summer, aimed at scientists, rather than the general public.
